Reduce the Risk of Prostate Cancer with Coffee

kopi1-1With increasing ages of a mans, originaly prostate behave can slowly turn into misery because carriers gland becomes easily infected, affected by the disease, including the cancer.


According to many health experts, changes in diet and lifestyle can reduce, minimize  risk of the disease.

Compared with men who do not drink coffee, man who regularly drink coffee prostate cancer risk was 60% reduced.
According to Kathryn M Wilson, Ph. D, from the Channing Laboratory, Harvard Medical School,
Lifestyle factor have been shown to consistentely associated with prostate cancer risk, therefore it is a great relief when the results of this study is strengthened by other studies.


Based on this analysis, men who consume coffee more than six cups per day had 59 percent risk of lower aggressive prostate cancer or fatal compared with nonpeminum coffee.

Researchers of this study emphasizes that not only caffeine useful for the prevention of prostate cancer. The study also found men who drank decaffeinated coffee also had a lower risk.

According to Wilson, coffee contains many important components, such as antioxidants and minerals that may play an important role to prevent prostate cancer. “Coffee has an effect on insulin and glucose metabolism plays an important role in prostate cancer,” he said.
