Importance Of A Healthy Breakfast

HealthyBreakfastBreakfast is the most important meal of the day. We’ve all heard before, but very few of us act on it. What you feed your body in the morning can be the difference between being alert and energetic throughout the day, or feeling tired and sluggish. You can make the difference between staying focused at work, or are mentally adrift and unable to concentrate on the task at hand. One could make the difference between staying open until lunch, snack or continuously throughout the day.

Studies show that those who eat a healthy breakfast, snack not only less, are more accurate and have more energy throughout the day, but tend to be thinner than those eating a healthy breakfast (or skip it all together). It literally can mean the difference between good health and ill health, and it is absolutely necessary to take seriously. Never skip breakfast, in fact, you should eat less than an hour to get up, this is where your body needs fuel. When you wake up your body have spent 8-10 hours without food (more or less depending on how long you sleep), and is running on reserves. The body uses energy from stored fat when you do not receive this source of energy from external sources, and if the band knows what will happen long before it fills with fuel, then store the excess fat as a reserve for more forward.

So what is the secret to a healthy breakfast? There are three main ingredients of this recipe, the desire to be healthy, healthy food on hand (whole grains, organic fruit, nuts …), and an appetite. It’s simple! The first thing to remember is to forget everything you thought, or should I say everything that you believed. The typical American breakfast consists of foods high in fat, refined sugars and flowers, and artificial preservatives (chemicals) processed cereals, breakfast is, bagels, bread, cakes, donuts, to name a few. Although some of these products are marketed as healthy as they are the opposite, and one of the main causes of obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease in this country. The truth is that these processed foods have become nothing more than scientific experiments food manufacturers to see how they can produce cheaply and sell a product with a long life, using resources more easily accessible as possible.

With the help of clever marketing, as “fat” (which really means a lot of calories and sugars), sugar-free “(meaning really rich in fat and calories), or” light “(which means high everything else), these nutrient deficient foods are highly processed fake are full of artificial colors and flavors and enriched with vitamins and minerals (which are lost during processing) and advertising as part of a healthy breakfast, all at the expense ours. Instead, give your body what it really wants. The key here is to eat a healthy breakfast to give your body the nutrients it needs to function properly. Try organic fresh fruits and some nuts. The fruit will give your body the vitamins and minerals they need, not to mention a healthy portion of flavonoids (which have been shown to have antiviral properties, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and antioxidant properties), while walnuts are a good source protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and healthy fat (all the essentials for a healthy diet). Another option is hearty breakfast of whole grains. Stick with organic grains, minimally processed, these tiny seeds have everything needed to create life and are just what your body needs to maintain his. Try organic oats or hulless barley for a hearty breakfast and tasty. Last but not least pleasure. Not only will you be laying the groundwork for a health day by eating a healthy breakfast, you can just start looking ahead.
