Dental Health Care Tips

How can you keep your teeth healthy ?

gigiWe can take  teeth, taking the following steps :
* Brush at least twice a day – after breakfast and before bedtime. If possible,     brush after lunch or after sweet snacks. Brushing properly broken plate.
* Brush your teeth at all, not just the front. Time costs for the teeth along the sides and back. Brush away from your gums.
* Take your time while brushing. Spend at least 3 minutes each time you brush. If you have problems with the Time, use the timer or play a recording of a song you like to pass the time.
* Make sure your toothbrush has soft bristles (the package tells you they are soft). Ask your parents to help you get a new toothbrush every 3 months. Some toothbrushes come with bristles that change color when it’s time to change them.
* Learn how to thread their teeth, which is a very important way to keep them healthy. Feels strange the first time to do it, but soon there will be a pro. Slip the thread between each tooth and along the gumline. The wire gets rid of food that is hidden where your toothbrush can not do, no matter how well you brush.

It is also important to go to the dentist twice a year. Besides checking for signs of dental caries and periodontal disease, your dentist will help you keep your teeth cleaner, and he or she can help you find the best way to brush teeth.

It is not just brushing and flossing that keep your teeth healthy – should also be careful what you eat and drink. Remember, the plate with teeth is just waiting for sugar to arrive. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink water instead of soda. And do not forget to smile!
